The property boasts an open plan lounge and dining area opening onto a fully fenced yard overlooking the 5m x 2.5m pool, complete with alfresco area which consists of BBQ, dining and outdoor lounges.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a family feast, including two V-Zug ovens.

A smart TV with NBN connection, Netflix and Kayo. There is a basketball ring that will keep the kids entertained as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.

There is a fullly functional office and sofa bed for accomodating children. The office and master suite are on the upper level, while the other 2 bedrooms are on ground level.

Sol House is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each bedroom.

The house has an abundance of natural light with large floor to ceiling windows. The architecture with carefully selected building materials, curves and a gorgeous design will have you feeling like you are in a mediterranean coastal villa.

Sol House is a short 100m walk from a general store a popular cafe called 'The Boy & The Rose'.
North Avoca Beach is patrolled from the months of September through to end of April.
